Love this! Very cute and versatile. I read the reviews and lots of people suggested the 20inch chain, and I completely agree. I got the 20inch chain and it's the perfect length. Any shorter would not have fit me as well. To order it, I just added in the "order notes" that I wanted the 20inch chain. Shipping was super fast, and I can't wait to wear it all the time!

The necklace looks great but to layer it the way you see it on the website pictures, you DO need the extension. I hope that it would just be provided with it. Also, given the price point, I was expecting the necklace to come in a cute pouch but was instead placed in a random plastic wrap. The presentation wasn't up to par. Also, the heart pendant "sticks" a little to the skin which is annoying. In conclusion, super cute design but not an everyday piece.
