I ordered the freeze dried violas for a violet-loving customer's fabulous 90th birthday cake. I popped wires on the back of some to create height and they were just perfect.

Pictures are of a trial run I made using these blooms. The bride liked the look, so we are going ahead with decorating her cake this way.
The flowers were easy to work with and still soft, colorful, and beautiful. There were also a lot more than I expected in the jars. I used maybe only 20% of them to decorate the top of this 8" square sheet cake and the sides of a 6" round cake.
