Overall very happy with the quality of the material. The duvet is much heavier than we expected. It's similar to a weighted down comforter. The cover & top sheet are very soft & luxurious. Having said that, the color is not quite as brilliant as the one in the picture. That is my only complaint. Other than that, we are very happy with our purchase. I was skeptical at how cool it would be with the fluffiness I saw in the pictures but we did want something with more poof. Sure enough it delivered. The DIA comforter has plenty of poof yet stays cool enough for us Desert Rats. Most of the other bamboo comforters looked so flat and thin. This one is NOT. Well worth the price (about medium priced cheapest were $120 up to $500 for others). I am so happy with the color too. Would definitely recommend highly!

This was one of those purchases I was skeptical of cause I hadn't ever heard of this company but this was a chance that was worth every penny. This bedding is amazingly soft and comfortable. It's always a disappointment having to get out of bed and participate in society when I would rather snuggle in this all day. I will probably pirchase another in a different color because it far exceeded my expectations.

Absolute luxury. So soft it’s difficult to get out of bed. It does make the bed a little slippery :) With the comforter it makes the bed a little hot which will be perfect cozy for winter. Washed well.

We had a rocky start because it was suppose to ship within 7 days but it took 3 weeks to ship. But I am absolutely in LOVE with this comforter!!! So big and comfortable and not too heavy for my husband, who likes a thin blanket in the winter where I like a thick heavy comforter. This is the best of both worlds!

Love the blanket, wish it was a bit more fluffy and full but it's still basically perfect. The sheet is so comfortable it's unbelievable. It's nice, full, thick, insanely soft. The duvet cover it gorgeous and the comforter is basically perfect, very heavy, very luxurious. It actually exceeded my expectations. I can only give 4 stars and contemplated giving even 3 stars. The customer service isn't just god awful, it's non-existant!! I sent TWO emails with questions about my order like the color/s...

Shipping was fast. Product is very soft snd excellent. Shipping not so much. Wrinkles had to be steamed 2-3 times and after over 10 days on bed, some wrinkles always remain. Shipping crushes the velvet seemingly forever. Questions asked through the contact portal on the website are never answered.

Love the color and feel of this duvet cover! Very comfortable and not to heavy weight wise, but as for being cool enough for summer sleep.... It can be a bit warmer than one might want. Will be amazing for our colder fall, winter, spring seasons in northern MN. Washes well, and dried nicely with their top to use wool dryer balls!

The sheets are the softest I have ever felt. Better than any hotel. The extra large duvet is thick, soft, and very heavy. Definitely a winter set. My only complaint is that the duvet is so heavy and warm it’s going to be only for the coldest part of winter. The king set weighed 44 lbs, mostly the duvet.
