While I do love my comforter, you guys actually sent me the wrong color (I ordered Charcoal and received a Noir). I reached out immediately and after initial correspondence I haven't heard back in 2 weeks. Luckily, the Noir also goes in my space (and the quality is fantastic)....but still not the one I ordered!
