I purchased this for the energy factor like a coffee pick me up. Unfortunately I used this extract and did not notice any energy benefits. I have used Guayusa extract pills in the past that worked but this was just a sweet tasting thick fluid. I even added it to actual caffeine tea and had not "extra" benefits.
