Great Energy Drink For those who really love coffee to start the day this is a great alternative. I take it in the morning and I feel great throughout the day I certainly don't feel the crash all coffee drinkers feel around 10ish and looking for the next caffeine fix. I drink one cup in the morning and it last all day. It is very different than caffeine that's for sure. The pre-package tea bags helps determine how strong you really want it. I first tried the leaf tea but it did not raise my platelets much in a week and the taste was bitter. When I started using the extract my platelets went up right away and it tasted good. Unfortunately my neutrophils dropped very low. Not sure if that was just from the chemo build up. Stopped taking the extract it until my neutrophils went back up. Now I take a lower dose of extract if my platelets drop and my neutrophils have stayed up. I am happy to have found a product that really works.
