The couch was purchased in November for an early December delivery, just before Christmas as planned but unfortunately it didn’t arrive until after New Year. So understandably I was a little cranky about that, so If you need it for a special date I would give them a call just to confirm and wouldn't rely on the website delivery dates. LOVE MY SOFA!!! I absolutely love my new lounge! The team was amazing and incredibly understanding when I made an error with my order. The delivery guys were awesome and handled a difficult delivery with ease. The lounge itself is fantastic, and the packaging was surprisingly hassle-free. I usually don't buy brand new items I find on Instagram, but these guys are a perfect 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them! I got the cozy sofa, and it's just perfect.

The moment I sat on the Cloud I was in heaven, I did try many others before this but, most were not as comfy/soft. I would definitely recommend this couch to anyone looking for something comfortable, very loungey and soft, with a great style. The quality is great. My delivery was delayed but this was all to be expected due to the virus, but communication and updates were very helpful. I am over the moon, and it was very much worth the wait.

This couch is gorgeous. Very happy with our choice, the couch is very very comfortable, and the fabric is just beautiful. It is like a velvety fabric, it's so soft on your skin although it is only polyester. We love it and looks great now home, the comfort exceeded our expectations, we sat on a few other models like this in two stores and they were both much firmer, the Hugo seems to be the best.

Today I received my Ottoman in the midnight Jade colour. I must say it is one of the most beautiful pieces of furniture I've ever seen, I have a few friends that have ottomans and they are not the best quality, you can tell they are very cheap and you wouldn't sit on them. This ottoman is constructed very well, you can sit on the top and the structure is sound & firm. I'm very happy with the overall quality.
