I do cycling but more cross country skiing and running and therefore I prefer XL size, in cycling where arms are more stable size L gives better fit.
In general sportsmen might be interested in slim fit rather than regular fit.

I wish I could have ordered a women’s, but the men’s will work. We love the fabric. It is light and airy. The sleeves are a bit longer than I prefer, but I just rolled them up and it’s fine. The design is great and the white makes us very visible!

The bibs seemed to be a different quality, not bad but definitely not like the jersey, it was very thin, but very long for my legs (I'm 6'0).
The jersey imo ran just a little small, probably because it was thermal and I should've sized up but I didn't. Overall I definitely recommend this kit and I will purchase from again!
