These elbow wraps are very stiff so once you are able to get them secured, they give great support. Feels like you have spot without actually having one. Eliminates the elbow pain. Like the wraps over braces.

Size Large. I’m 5’ 9” 175 lbs 33 in waist. They fit well and are comfortable. They are lined with a mesh and do run a bit on the warmer side if you’re using them to workout in. The retro look is fire and goes well with a lot of stuff. Shipping was around 4 days as well. I’d recommend it to others!
