True to size. They are a great fit and certainly support my core and reduce pain in thighs and calf muscles. I am having to restitch the pocket is the only issue, as the stitching has popped open. I was them in a smalls bag and it is only my phone that goes in my pocket.

I really like the support the shorts provide, however I find the waist line too high and tight for my body shape unfortunately. I would buy more if there was a different waist band option.

These shorts provide great support for my back and abdomen post c-section. The fabric on the thighs is lighter than the longer compression pants. The shorts are a bit short on me at 175cm. Overall great for wear in summer and under dresses.

These tights are great! I have tried a few brands as I have hypermobility issues and this is the best! Wearing them playing sport has reduced my fatigue significantly and my knees feel well supported. I found the 7/8 length a little weird, and there was a little slipping down over time (games are 1.5hrs), that is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.
