I heat roll my hair. It's so straight and wouldn't hold a curl until I used this! I spray it all over then brush it out. I then spray each strand I roll up with a light mist. When my rollers cool I take them out and brush my hair and then spray it like hairspray all over. It stayed all day in 20 mph winds and still looked good after sleeping on it! I will buy more!
