Placed my order on October 18th. Sent an email on the 28th of October. Got a very polite email explaining that they went viral and were behind on orders on the 3rd of November. I sent another email on the and was told that they would reach out within 48 hours. I’ve received similar responses on the 20th and now the 1st of December. With no one reaching out to explain anything. Some of the worst costumer experience I’ve ever received. At this point I just want my money back.
