My iron levels were low per my blood tests in mid-October 2021 (one measure said critical). My doctor assumed it was due yo my fibroids though I questioned that because I dont experience heavy bleeding. I started adding the Herbal Iron, Multi Mineral (along with iron rich teas and fonio) to my regime probablya week before my blood test. I just had an appointment in January 2022 and my hemoglobin levels were really good. I was really surprised...and grateful 😊

Day 14 of the 14 day detox and I feel really good and proud of myself for making it through! I did not have any withdrawals from going without coffee. I lost 5 lbs total. This detox was an awesome way to wrap up 2021 and head into 2022. I opted for the 28 day challenge. The tea takes a couple of days to adjust to. It doesn’t ever get “good” but it definitely becomes tolerable. Over the course of the 28 days, I lost 13 pounds and 5.25 inches. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for some motivation. If you follow the rules, you will feel awesome!

I just completed the 28-day Herbal Tea Detox. The Parasite tea was tolerable, but the Tummy tea was awful. As they say, "No pain...no gain!" It was all worth it when I saw that I lost 8 pounds.
