I’ve purchased before from this company plenty of times but never ran into no issues with delivery of the package. The package said delivered but it wasn’t there and I know that’s not on the company but I still contacted AA Medallion and they were able to resend another coin and replace it at no charge. Definitely a positive experience and I appreciate the effort they made to make it right even if it was out of their control.

Beautiful medallion. The back side contains the surrender prayer on page 63 of the Big Book instead of the serenity prayer. The additional words require smaller letters which I can only read with a magnifying glass (I'm 74 so my eyes aren't the best.) Sill very pleased with it
