The entire process was super easy... send some pictures of your people and they do the rest. We had to make a couple of very minor tweaks to the original proof - which only took another day or two - and everyone we emailed was very friendly and helpful. So I got this made for my son. His father passed away 3 days after his 7th birthday in April. He was really sad because when they spent time together it was watching anime.
