I was excited about it. Till I heard nothing back after my order was placed. I emailed with no response. Found the post on Instagram about the delay with orders. Understandable, figured I wouldn't get it by Christmas. My stomach sank when I looked up BBB reviews. Thinking I just got scammed. About a week later I got a response and the order was in the works. Overall the picture turned out as asked and I'm happy with it.

We love the final product! It took a little bit of a wait and an email for updates with the order. We had to wait a little bit more for the canvas. The 12x9 was a bit small but I was able to order a 16x20 for less than what I paid for the 12x9 through another party and that one was here in 2 days as well. I would definitely have another art done but would go through someone else for the canvas print.

My experience was pretty good. I loved the outcome on the digital piece but I am still waiting on the canvas . It would be nice if someone could get back to me faster . Also, if you guys updated your tracking system to make it more accurate that would be great. Other than that, the artwork was beautiful and seriously had my husband and I in tears. Absolutely love my end product! My only complaint was communication regarding the status of my order. After receiving my payment confirmation there were no additional updates or information. I received my order 10 days after it was placed (which was more than the listed 5-7 day turn around for digital art), which made me nervous. Overall I will absolutely have buy more digital art and am very happy with the end result.
