Hanger is perhaps the best, most flavorful cut of meat on a cow. Often considered the butchers cut, because they took it home. I make a pepper rub and grill it at 350 degrees, 5 minutes a side flipping it 3 times ( 20 minutes total) let sit then cut 1/4" thick slices at an angle, should be rare to MR. It is amazing. Don't let he low price fool you, it is all amazing!
