Great machine! Good build quality, secure pallet shipping, and lots of fun! I was surprised with the quality of the mechanical components its commercial grade. The amp and speakers are low cost but more than powerful enough for retro audio. The Led lights are RF remote controlled which was a nice upgrade over IR. I would buy this again for sure. Customer service quickly answered all questions via txt.

The staff was very helpful when I called about ordering and when I had a question about taking the front controls off to get the unit into my game room. The system was property packaged and arrive in perfect condition. There were a few screws on the coin slot that were loose. Very easy fit. My family is enjoying all the various games. The only thing I would change would be to have some way to search the game list via the computer. With 3505 games it is a daunting tasks to find what to play...

All of my questions were answered before the purchase. Once I committed to the purchase, the Fed-Ex truck was at my house much sooner than expected. The box was easy to unwrap and move around. Fantastic purchase. Comes as advertised. Real arcade game look and feel. With over 4,500 games, I can’t think of an arcade game that isn’t included. One suggestion - with a joystick, 5 unmarked buttons and a trackball - it would be extremely helpful to have a document that showed which buttons do what for each game.

AFTER OUR HOME WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED BY FIRE THIS REPLACEMENT ENTERTAINMENT CENTER IS BEING USED ONCE AGAIN TO PLAY OUR FAVORITE GAMES. GREAT FUN DURING THOSE SNOW MONTHS. ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE LACK OF A MANUAL ON HOW TO USE IT. HAVE TO LEARN BY TRIAL AND ERROR.

Going thru the games brings back good memories of going to arcades (before the internet existed). I like the solidness of the build and it is price competitive with the 2 free stools.
