Awesome graphics and sound - just as good as a real pinball machine. Very well made. Arrived earlier than expected and was really well packed. All writing is run in wire raceways making for a very neat and well designed system. Make sure to locate the amp volume before turning it on, it was turned all the way up to the max and was almost painful.

I watched the video and it clearly stated how to use the player 1, 2 and other white buttons to select games, players and change the screen orientation. It also explained how to lift and lower the screen. I have two other cocktail multicade machines and even though this one was about $500 more, the lift up screen, third side and number of games are really worth it. Also, AB got this out and delivered to me in probably less than half the time as the companies I got the other machines from.

I bought this for my husband for our anniversary and he absolutely loves it! It is super cool. It has TONS of games and all the great retro games. My only complaint is some of the games freeze and kick you out after a few minutes but considering it's only a fraction of the games out of the 4000+ it's not a big deal! It's a very well made system and has brought hours of entertainment to our home.

It was a little difficult getting in touch with someone that could give me the discounted coupon code, but after that ordering and delivery of the video game system went like clock work. it's truly a marvel to have this in my home and I'm able to play all my favorite games - centipede, millipede, moon patrol, popeye, tetris, klax, ms. pacman, etc. the list goes on and on. I suggest one configuration change in the software - make the list with all of the games the default when you start it up.

It has both the game play of a stand up game as well as a table top system. I thought that 4600 games would be overwhelming, but you can quickly sort through the games and save you favorites to a menu for “My Games”. The support from Sam is great. It’s been a ton of fun for everyone in the family so far. The delivery was fast and easy. The support has been incredible. The only complaint I have is there have been a few games that won’t load and when the screen is tilted up and you’re playing some 2 players games you have to share the left position on the front side of the system. Other than that I am extremely happy with the system.
