My family loves this arcade game. They will stay up at night trying to beat other players' high scores. The customer service was awesome and responded quickly to any questions I had. The only suggestion I have is to label the buttons or provided more detail on the US games vs all the other games.

The Arcade game arrived on a palletized box which made it very sturdy and easy to move with a dolly. After initial setup and following the videos we started playing. We kept having a blue diagnostic screen appear in the middle of the screen while playing. It kept coming and going at will and very distracting.
