Our experience is incomplete so far. Enjoyed them for the first day, but one stopped working. Company was very responsive at first and asked us to send the non-working one back, but haven’t heard anything since. Would love to complete a great 5 star review. Anyone read these things and able to help?

These are so fun! I love riding around with the house with them. They do take a little while to get used to and sometimes you don't have control over them but other than that they are a really good product!

Great product. Lot of fun. My only concern is that you have to be careful when you lift the zuums from the ground when they are powered on. If you get your finger between the wheel and the housing, it can create a pinch condition thats very painful. Even the slightest angling can cause the wheels to spin.

Got the e-skates for my son's birthday!!! He loves them soooooo much that he uses them daily even in the house. Even when he goes to the washroom, he e-skates to the bathroom. Obsessed much, lol Great Invention, Thank You!! :)
