Salt generally has been a helpful addition, though I had been looking for a mix that included potassium as well. So Sol Salts was perfect for me - stocked up! This Taurine seems quite good. I Take two about 20-30 before sleep. Just started taking it so don't have a great baseline to compare. However I sleep great. Generally I add in some L-Theanine as well as a stack w/ Magnesium Glycinate also.
Thinking about getting the Glycine from Sol Supps too.
