I love that it's firm and how it contours to my body. I do need to still add an extra pillow between my legs as the height of the moonwomb doesn't provide the needed height for my hip support. It's a little heavy but light enough to travel with. This order did take a few weeks to arrive, but customer support is very responsive and kind despite the rush of orders the small team received during the holiday season.
