The Prairie HuggerLuma Compression Bra took some getting used to, but now it's indispensable for me. It effectively minimizes lymphedema discomfort and is user-friendly for both washing and wearing. Fits well, comfortable. I like the adjustable straps. My only complaint is the pads keep coming out. I understand why they are removable but it's annoying. Overall happy with this as a daily bra.

When asked to share my experience with this bra, I first wanted to wear it often enough before rating it. But this bra has been a great purchase. I was looking for a bra that would give enough compression and be high enough under the arm and it is both. While still being soft on the radiated skin. The first time trying on the bra it felt tight but it is actually very comfortable. I love the front closure part as well as the adjustable shoulder straps. I enjoy wearing it!

Love the hugger Vida! It helps keep my lymphedema under control and is very comfortable. I do wish the seam shown in the picture was not so prominent. Depending upon my lymphedema, the seam leaves a mark on my breast at the end of the day. Although I gave it 5 stars, the seam makes really about a 4.5. Great at any size! I used size large when my chest wall lymphedema began in 2023. I’ve lost some weight and went down a size. Medium fits wonderfully as well. I typically buy 1 extender. I enjoy using that with Solaris swell pads (size small). I wear this bra 24/7 I didn’t use this bra for post op—I wish I knew of this wonderful product back in fall of 2023. It took some getting used to wearing it 24/7 as instructed by my surgeon. Now it is comfortable and actually the support it gives me makes me feel protected. I have much less pain wearing it. I now have three: one was put on me in the operating room, one a friend gave me & the one I bought. I will be purchasing another Prairie Wear for when I can switch to a lower support! These bras I purchased for lymphedema and post mastectomy I haven't gotten my breasts yet so I'm actually quite surprised and happy at the way they still fit even with having no breasts. Bought the Vida in black and beige. I love how comfortable, supportive and easy it was for me to zip it up by myself after my explant and breast lift surgery. I researched a lot before deciding on this brand. The fit tips worked great for me since I wasn’t sure of sizing after an explant. I will continue to wear this for my resistance training and hot yoga when I am released by my surgeon. Love this brand and highly recommend it!! Great customer service too!

I have worn this bra 24/7 for the last 3 weeks post-op from breast explant surgery. It has been a welcome change from the medical binder and gives the compression and support I need. This is the bra you want! I have a huge cortisol/liver belly, that makes buying bras impossible. The band must be bigger than the cup size, basically. I love how the Prima Hugger bra can be adjusted to my individual needs (more compression around the radiated axilla, no cup over the prosthetic silicon implant). At the Cleveland Clinic, the Occupational Therapist, specialized in lymphedema treatment, who recommended this bra, could tailor it precisely to my needs. I sewed the padding and cup in place so I can wash the Prima Hugger without having to reposition the extra compression padding each time.

I went for a breast reduction and ahead of time purchased bras from my surgeons office. Pretty quickly I discovered the band was rolling up and putting extra pressure on my incision.
