I wanted to write this review not exactly for the product but for the customer service. The first pen I got was maybe a dud because the ink ran out very fast, so I asked for a refund. They asked if they could send me another one and I said "okay, let's try it". Love the concept, great customer service, great quality BUT the Brown is actually a dark brown. My real eyebrows look black/brown after I use about 5 strokes of the Brown pen to fill them in. PLEASE create a Light Brown or Medium Brown. Thank you.

I really liked it but I haven’t used it many times and it appears to have become very dry. I followed all care instructions such as storing it tip down, replacing lid on tight. So I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I love the concept but if it only lasts a couple of weeks, it isn’t worth it for me.

My last purchase was the blonde microblade pen and I’m struggling to believe that this is considered “blonde”. The color is dark and appears black and garish. I have blonde hair and fair skin, so this doesn’t work at all. My previous blonde pen was much lighter. What happened? Did you have a misnamed batch? I love these pens and really wish you’d make a true blonde pen.

I am not happy about the product. I have tried it twice and does not apply like it shows in the video. It is also not easy to get the color out. It goes on very uneven and clumpy. This is an absolutely awful product and was so much money wasted. I ordered it Thanksgiving weekend for a Christmas present and it didn't arrive until after Christmas over a month later. I got dark brown and it's extremely black. There's not the tiniest bit of brown at all and when I went to remove it, it took off a bunch of my eye brow hairs.

I really love the application of the pen! So easy and accurate!
