I have gray hair and I bought the brown color and it is perfect plus it looks very natural. Now that I understand how to use it correctly it works great, you do need to shake it then turn it over so the color will come out good on your brows. They look so natural and it stays on all day.

Do not buy from this company. The product is total crap and they don't stand behind their refund policy. I have been waiting for 3 months for a 10 dollar refund. If this company can't afford 10 dollars what does that tell you. They have many complaints against them with the BBB. Read all the reviews before you buy. There are so many better products out there from reliable companies. Try Benefit....great product that works. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Don’t waste your money! The first time I purchased this pen they sent the wrong one (single tip instead of fork shape). So I bought again and when I tried it the first time the liquid game gushing out of the tip and dripped all over. So I took a tissue to wipe off the tip and it came out of the pen!!?? I was able to shove it back in but really, for the price I paid for this????

Your advertisement shows the true pencil or brush ! When I used my Tatbrow the brush was watery . The color of gray was stringy . So it was more water on the brow . Then the demo you showed on the brow ! You can just imagine how super , super disappointed I was with your product . Some of your reviews said tatbrow was not like your advertisement and wanted a refund but it was not given ! I want a refund ‼️

Would've given 5 stars if the 2nd one that i just opened isnt dry. Paid for the price of 2 when i just used one. Now had to order again. Hopefully I could use both this time and they not dry.

I ordered the product on Sept. 30 and have yet to receive it. I Have emailed the company numerous times and have not received a response. I would love to try it to no avail.

Never used this product but used the brow enhancement serum. It was a great product that worked! Why on earth would you discontinue the product, and not tell customers why? I see customers ask all the time about the serum and no one from the company will say why it was discontinued.

Purchased the gray color. IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT GRAY…it’s black. Do not purchase this product if you are looking for something subtle to enhance your gray hair and brows. Mine is going into the trash. Their return policy does not allow me to return it even though the color is misrepresented. So disappointed.

I have ordered from here before and had no issues at all. This past time I ordered it took over a month to get to me. I was never supplied with tracking info, and whenever I would talk to someone, they would tell me they are working on finding derails about my order and then never getting back to me. The product is great, but customer service isn't the best. I don't think I will be ordering from here again.

I love the microblade pen and would give it a 5 if you hadn’t stopped making it in Taupe. Please bring back Taupe…it was the perfect match for me and I’m sure for many others.

Very disappointed that it is so dark (ordered Blonde) and that it does not go on easily as hair-like strokes. This product is no better than the less expensive brands found in drug stores. Will not be using it.

I don’t know if I got the wrong product or what but the blonde color is very much not blonde. Honestly looks more like a dark ash brown/off-black. Both the package and the pens themselves are labeled blonde, so I don’t know. Super disappointed.

I received my Tat brow today and tried it immediately. I love how easy it is to apply but the blond color on me is like very golden blonde and I don’t like that color. I hesitate to get the brown because it will probably be to dark. I am very fair. So I am disappointed in the color but loved the ease of applying is why I give it 4 stars.

The MICROBLADE BROW PEN was super easy to use and the color showed up right away. The team replied back in a instant to fix the problem i had, personally. And i was glad that they were such a good help. Can't wait to get my shade: Ash Black. Definitely will recommend to friends.

I ordered the blonde and it's VERY red. Luckily I am kind of a redhead so it doesn't look too bad if I only apply it lightly, but I am slightly disappointed

Having lost most of one eyebrow due to skin cancer and most of the other because I’m old, I wanted to love this product. Followed the directions I received soon after, which I appreciated. I had ordered 2 different colors as my brows are mixed blonde, brown and gray. The brown looked black and the blonde dark brown. I’ll keep practicing and maybe walk out the door with eyebrows one day…..

I would love this product except for the color; it is listed as blonde but it is actually dark brown in color and that is disappointing. Please make a light brown shade.

IDK why it works so well on me, but I actually cut back the amount I was using it after three weeks. My brows are exactly how I want them, so I switched to the maintenece directions. Not sure why it was so fast with me. I put it on in the morning and at night. Thats it! Oh and I didnt use too much either.

I saw all of the positive reviews on this serum and decided to give it a try over another one. I am so glad I did bc this one worked on me! I needed to fill out the inner portion of my brows -- they never seem to grow there -- and this helped me like nothing else! I am planning on getting another one soon.

Completes my look and frames my face nicely. I wish I had a better color match. Maybe I’ll try one lighter.

A little bit darker than I expected it to be. On the flip side someone who really wants a pigmented formula will love this. Using a lighter hand to begin would help.

Kind of weird looking because I chose the wrong shade for myself, but I really like the application wand and the way it feels on my brows so I will try another shade. I hope there is one that works!

Really like how thick this makes my brows and how easy it is to apply. Other gels would get too stiff or dry out quick. This one is better than the others.

I received the tatbrow yesterday in the color brown but it’s too red for me and my brows are very thin. I’m not sure what color to use. Also do you except returns?
