First of all, I love the boots!! I was very pleased with the customer service I received. The first boots were slightly small due to the conversion from European to US being slightly different, but Superladystar worked with me to get another pair that fit better. The second pair fit perfectly. Their shipping was very good. I normally wear a size 9.5 but I had to go up to size 10 (41 European). Just keep that in mind when ordering.
