Awful experience from the start! Did not receive what was ordered. Instead received a t shirt that I hadn't ordered and then got charged for the postage and packaging. Had to send the t-shirt back and have now been told I have to wait 21 days for a refund and that they cannot give me back the postage cost as that is a third party. Joke of a company and would avoid at all costs.

Bottoms were poorly secured with an elastic pull cord which snapped on day 1 whilst travelling on the plane which then left me having to hold my now very baggy joggers up all through the airports and transfers until I got to the hotel

Didn’t think I ordered this hoodie. Thought I ordered the track set at £36.99. Obv didn’t check when I saw £34.99 come up at checkout as why would just a hoodie be £2 less than a set ! Offered to send £2 so I could get the set. Crap customer service ! Awful and the drawstrings don’t do anything on the joggers.
