This dog was found emaciated, covered in cigarette burns, and taken to the pound. The photo was taken after he had been there, and eating, for 3 weeks. Unfortunately, he was pumped full of vaccines, and his depleted body didn't handle the onslaught well. Someone begged me to take him, and I did, although it can be expensive to treat a vaccine injured dog. He seemed OK at first, and put on a lot of weight.
