Would LOVE it if this product came in pill form. The maximum strength honey has helped me sleep for at least 6 hours. It is a great product. I take 1/2 tsp. occasionally in the AM to help with joint pain. The only thing I am not crazy about is the after taste but I usually suck on a cough drop and/or brush my teeth right after I use it.
