As a college student, I don't have much room in my dorm. This is great for me because it is highly visible, and the alarm is really loud. The voice response on it really helps in letting me know what buttons I'm pressing. My chair legs are square, 1.25" (or 1 1/4") wide by long. The square set fit them perfectly. The back legs of my chairs slant a little bit and it still worked fine. My chairs are a very dark espresso color on the wooden parts - and this does not detract from the look. You have to really LOOK at the bottoms to notice them. I'd say they are 80-90% see through. They also stay ON and they slide so easily and quietly. Thank you! Love them!

I was nervous about the quality of the product when I bought it, because it seems like something that would be easy to make with poor tolerances and shoddy materials if someone was looking to make a quick buck. I was completely wrong to be nervous, the materials are excellent and the construction is spot on. The slider fits extremely well on the pen, and the pen is a great weight and has an excellent finish. Highly recommend, only wish I'd bought it for myself and not as a gift.

I bought this to drill a hole in my stainless steel sink for a soap dispenser. I used a punch to make a small dent in my sink so the drill bit wouldn't walk.
