When my brush arrived, I tried to remove the head to dispose of the plastic but I ended up breaking both tabs off of the head. I contacted support about my mishap, asking if I could repair it somehow and they sent me another head, free of charge. The support team is absolutely amazing, and the brush itself is awesome! It cleans better than any wire brush I have had, and you can wash it! The power of steam is truly awesome. I love this product and what they stand for.

Grill Rescue is, by far, the best grill cleaning tool I’ve purchased. It really does do a fantastic job of cleaning our grill’s grates. However, I have one major complaint: I absolutely can NOT take the Grill Rescue off of the handle to clean it. Yes, I’ve watched the tutorial. Yes, I’ve tried multiple times to disconnect the Grill Rescue; I cannot do it. It would be fabulous if it were redesigned, in order that the Grill Rescue head was more easily removed.

The folks at Grill Rescue are amazing! Had a slight issue with the one my wife ordered off Amazon for me over a year ago. I just messaged them asking if I was doing anything wrong because the head kept coming off. They asked for pictures and told me it was broke. Didn't realize I had received it broken AND THEY SENT ME A NEW ONE FREE OF CHARGE a few weeks ago. They are awesome and the product is even better! It works great.

Love it. The scraper isn't great, but it could just be on the grill grates I have. Other scrapers don't work well either. But it gets the grill nice and clean. Kinda hard to get off the stick at first, then, easy.

You need to make a handle that holds water. Bringing a bucket with me to make the pad wet is the only downfall. It cleans my grill better than anything else on the market.

Great product, very well built! Easy to use and does a really good job cleaning grill. Would recommend if you don’t buy scraper version to knock off all the heavy stuff on grill with flat bar first before using brush, makes it much easier. And yes, even with washing the head will turn a little brown/black no matter what but it still works very well!

I have been using this since it was first released. It is awesome on both the grated grill and the Blackstone! I even use it on my smoker. The key is to have your grill hot and your sponge very wet. Have a bowl of water to re-dip it in to so that you can do your whole grill in one swoop.
