When I contacted support about the issue they just kept claiming I ordered the 9.5 and wouldn’t refund or replace the order. So I had to reorder the product in the proper size and take the loss on the money, luckily this one the confirmation says the correct size.

Beautiful blanket. Something you cannot find anywhere else. The only complaint I have about it is that it's thinner than I expected. Most blankets we have have a backing on it that makes it a little bit thicker. My concern is that because it's so thin it will wear quickly over time.
