I really like this ornament, but have had terrible customer service with Ornamentally You. Due to a mistake on my original order, I was to receive a second ornament of this type, which is actually very nice. It has never arrived. And after repeated attempts to follow up on the problem I have had absolutely no response from this company. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere, because there is no way to contact them by phone and they simply ignore other correspondence.

This burlap sunflower is a pretty change from a traditional round wreath. The color of the sunflower is nice, and it was easy to hang. Note: The packaging was quite damaged (smashed and torn) when it arrived but since the product was soft there was no damage to it. I would order this product again as a gift and I would recommend it to others.
