Gosh I've been researching luggage for awhile and came across Trexa! I am going on a cruise in July and needed new luggage as mine is very old and heavy. So finally decided on trexa and bought All 3 sizes in my favorite color Navy blue. The 4 things that sold on Trexa was the quality, price, veteran owned and lastly warranty! Can't wait to use the luggage!

Love this luggage! I purchased the Trexa 28 to replace a similar size suitcase from another brand. I’m super impressed with the quality and how light weight it is. I can fit so much more in here than my previous luggage and it held up well as a checked bag. It’s a good size (Almost big enough to fit my golden retriever) too bad I can’t bring him when I go away on trips!

I purchased my Trexa luggage a couple months ago for a few reasons. They have a lifetime warranty, they are cheaper than others and they are veteran owned. Even though I accidentally entered my old address the customer service was amazing in helping me get this fixed and shipped to the right address. I will be ordering a larger checked luggage here soon. Keep up the amazing products and service.

Great luggage! I got the 20” for a carry-on and it was perfect. The wheels are extremely smooth in all directions, the handle is long enough, and the lock is reliable and easy to use. The color is as expected and the surface is easy to wipe clean after a trip. I highly recommend!

I ordered the 28 “ blemished it arrived in great condition but I decided it was too large for my use, I returned it and ordered a replacement 24 “ luggage. The replacement went through at first then it was cancelled by Trexa, I believe they mixed it up.., I still never got my replacement or refund. I will update

I bought this piece along with the 20 for my son for Christmas. He and his husband used it to fly back to San Francisco, and then to Tahoe. There was plenty of space between the two for the rest of their gifts as well as other items they had. Both pieces looked great and have held up well so far. They will be taking them to Morocco and Spain sometime this year. Might pick up another 20 for them to use along with these. Great luggage!

I ordered the Trexa 28” luggage to replace the one that an airline broke. I like how it has a lifetime warranty. I was happy when I received it. The outside looks amazing and sturdy enough for my all scheduled travels this year. The inside is roomy that I don’t see a problem fitting all my stuff. I can’t wait to start using it!

Love my Trexa luggage. I had already purchased a 20” and 24” navy blue and decided when they offered a discount I would purchase another 24” in Navy blue. I am 71 and I find that the 24” is a perfect size for a 4-5 day trip! The wheels turn well and I’ve had no issues at all.

Hello, When initially received the luggage, there was a small crack in the 28" case. The smaller case nested inside was fine. I emailed Trexa and they requested some photos of the case and the box it was shipped in. They sent a return label asked for verification that the return was actually at UPS for return. I do have a complaint within one day of ordering the 24 and 28 inch luggage the prices were reduced. I’d like to get the difference in the price. I was charged 218.00. They were reduced to 179. 98. The difference is 38.02. Also will you be getting the 20 in navy?

nice hard sided suitcase at a great sale price. nice features of more expensive models. buying multiple pieces also got a discount then a free 8 piece packing kit with assorted bags to organize everything. I like how the suitecases fit inside each other for storage and the built in TSA locks. Price could not be beat.

Not been that great. I've made multiple attempts to reconcile a warranty claim and never heard back. They say a lifetime warranty but what good is it if no one ever answers your request for assistance. So much for veteran owned company. Great way to treat a fellow vet !
