Dec 27th I started these drops after I got on the scale and saw 299 during Christmas that was it for me.
I reduced my calories to under 1000 most days but mainly it stayed under 800. The program calls for 550 but I just couldnt do that.
Now I weigh 269 in 2 months! Using the drops and reduced calories. Tons of veggies,fish,chicken,shrimp and 100 calorie packs of nuts for a snack or watermelon.
From Dec27th to now March 1st I have noticed more energy but cant work out yet being disabled so that...
