Unwearable. Such a cute colour but is so insanely an oversized that it creates sags that look like fat bulges. I purchased a size M and knew it would be oversized but not like this. The wrists are also so tight that it is too uncomfortable to wear, cuts off circulation (I am an Apple Watch size 4). I raised these issues with the seller and she refused to process a refund as it was a sale item, stating that she did not consider these faults. You tell me I guess.

These wooley onesies are a personal fav for us. The best winter outfit ever and soooo cute.

I have used the backpack for my daughter’s daycare bag (2 days a week) for less than 2 weeks and the zipper has already failed. I sent an email Friday asking for warranty replacement. Got the automated 24hr response message. It’s now Tuesday afternoon and I haven’t heard anything but I got an email for a review so once I get a response from customer service, I’ll delete the email.

This bag is super cute! The small size is more than enough. However, it took 4 months to arrive and it ripped in the first month or so, even with just basic clothes and a sleep suit in it (nothing huge or heavy!) Cheaply made.

Loved the fit of these swimmers and colour when I bought them but unfortunately within the first 2 swims they faded dramatically! I am a bit disappointed in the quality for the price. But fit wise- they are great. We have only had these swimmers for not even 1 season. For the price I would expect them to last longer.

I sent a email about a week ago asking for help with what can be done and still haven’t heard anything back. I got these for my song for Easter and washed it once and this has happened I got the same for my niece and they are completely fine.

THIS IS THE CUTEST OUTFIT EVER !

Very disappointed. After waiting nearly 4 months for this backpack, this is how it arrived. I was offered $30 refund due to delays but I am yet to receive it. Very poor communication and disappointing experience. I had to buy another backpack in the meantime and will now have to take it to get fixed which will cost more money. Such a shame.
