Absolutely love this shirt! I'm 5'6" around 145lb and I got the medium because I like the oversized look plus I dry them in the dryer... so it leaves a little room for shrinkage lol. This is definitely a unique yet modern design and has become one of my favorite t's! I wear it often out and about but you could easily wear this for a lifting sesh in the gym, wouldn't do any high cardio with it as it's a thicker material shirt!

Absolutely love this hoodie. I’m 5’10”, 175, ordered the large and it fits great. Thin material, but not too thin. Great to work out in, as well as lounge around in. Only thing I’d change is the hood strings are a little longer than I’d like, but not a deal breaker at all!

Outstanding piece of apparel. Most of you, like me, probably take some sort of pre workout.
However, after wearing this shirt while lifting, I’ve discovered that the purest pre workout is the inspired word of Old Testament prophets.
This is an above average product that says “I am both physically strong, and I love the Lord”.

Shirt fits well, feels great. I got worried because the delivery got messed up on the post office end. I contacted Holstrengths customer service and they were ready to fix the issue. Fortunately my original delivery did end up showing up a few days after it had said it had been delivered and they didn't need to resend anything. They were willing to do so though which says a ton. I won't be ordering more from them.
