I will say it’s tricky to get in but a quickly YouTube video and I was able to figure it out. I got black and stainless steel. I’ve kept it in for about 2 weeks now and no sensitivity or irritation. Looks super cute and I get many compliments!

These are great for piercings that are healing! My nose piercing didn't heal until I used these titanium D-rings, and I had had the piercing for 2 years. I have 2 ear piercings that would not heal (even after a year) until I put these D-rings in. The material is apparently very pure. I am so thankful for these!

Love the black opal, it’s so hard to find! Unfortunately, I need at least two more of the 16 gauge 8mm for my daith piercings… If you had them in 20 gauge and a variety of mm options, I’d purchase some for my lobe piercings as well (have 3 pairs there).

I am super late to my review (bought two of these a couple of months ago) but I wanted to leave one because I just ordered two more in the colors red and blue. These nose rings are SUPER PRETTY. As a tip, it’s easier to screw on the gems if you place the one that needs to be screwed on onto a q-tip with TACKY eyelash glue. It was difficult for me the first time around as well, but becomes easier as you use that method.

When I first tried it on, it was a bit difficult to open up but once I figured out how to do it it was easy the next time. I am also ver surprised with the quality and I am so glad that I did not have any problems with irritation. It might be a good idea to sleep on the other side of where you put this on because it bothered me a bit since there was a point to it. But I do think the bar would be better if it was a inch or two longer for my vertical industrial as I like it to have more room to move but over all, I do love it
