I first bought my controller to get better at playing my first person shooter games like call of duty and apex legends. The right trigger then unfortunately stopped working as it should so I contacted cinch gaming to see if they could fix it and they said yeah. The controller is beautiful. It looks great and feels good in my hands. I only really play Call of Duty & for a FPS game it’s important for me to be able to move and maneuver easily around the map. I’ve had issues with the tac sprint stuttering or stopping randomly. The only solve that I’ve found outside of sending the controller back in was to adjust my deadzones pretty significantly. Overall very satisfied with the controller. The mouse click buttons make for great gaming. But I am concerned with the R1 button. It seems to be a little loose and jiggles a bit more the the L1 button. I am worried that the loose button could compromise the longevity of the controller life. Still very happy with the purchase.

Hi the controller is amazing I love it but idk if there’s something wrong with it or I just have to press it hard but when I press L2 or R2 sometimes when im aiming and shooting it would stop aiming and shooting if that makes sense. I gotta press it a lil harder than what I usually do. The controller is fantastic my only issue was that it wasn’t clear to me that I had to send in my own controller or purchase one from the site. Once I figured that out I was fine but it took 6 weeks and I had to email the company to find out. Maybe label it more clearly for the older folks like me trying to purchase for our kids. Thank you!

The warranty and repair process was super simple. It took a reasonable amount of time and customer service was responsive. The rep (Jasper) provided me with the printable labels and directed me to the automated claim site. I was notified by email at every step of the process (received, work complete and shipped back, etc.). The controller is as good as new upon receipt.
