Zaran Saffron is a premium product. The aroma is just as I hoped it would be. You can smell the Saffron before opening the packaging. Fills the room with its authentic smell. I use saffron daily for macular degeneration. Seems to be helping.

I use Saffron as a daily supplement to try to help with my anxiety and will smell the scent when I feel anxious. It’s being studied as an antidepressant as well. This product has a stronger aroma than other brands and is very cost effective. I will buy all my future saffron from this distributor.

one of the best saffron I have tried. it had a lot of saffron compared to local markets. The quality was superior as well, no crumbs and broken pieces. The threads were all red, signature of Coupe Saffron. This is the best grade from Spain.

This is truly the real saffron and not a colored fake one that i have seen before this saffron when placed in water gives off a deep yellow color and the flavor is very unique the taste has a hint of spice not overly strong but very noticeable.

good smell, reminds me of my moms cooking growing up. I add a small pinch (don't use too much) to chicken noodle soup. Adds the perfect amount of flavor and aroma. Saffron is also a very healthy spice which is high in antioxidants so its very good for your health.

I am Persian and coming from Iran I know the true smell and flavor that Saffron is supposed to have. We use saffron in almost every dish at home. I was hoping to find a quality that would match the Saffron quality my parents would bring home from their travels back home. It comes in a small cute little bottle. I use it specifically for Indian and Persian food (I just use a few threads only) and so far it is good. I recommend this product if u want something premium and don't mind spending a little more money for something with a better quality.

It is difficult to nail down a description of what saffron is supposed to taste like, but it should taste a bit like pungent honey with hints of floral--and that is what this saffron tasted like! On top of the amazing flavor, the cost was VERY wallet-friendly!

Persian Saffron is the best in the world. You can tell the difference with genuine and pure saffron, it has a honey but slightly medicinal smell. Once infused in hot water it released so much flavor and color. Love it!
