I loveddd the sectional when I first got it. Now I’m wishing I would’ve waited. It’s more pretty than it is comfortable and the feathers goes flat quick! Also the upkeep on the sectional is a lot. Right now I’m waiting for a cleaning company to come and get the lint balls off as well as to clean the sectional.

The description is cozy plush but that is not what this feels like
A few friends have come over and described it as patio furniture feeling, which I agree with
The linen is not soft and the cushion inserts are so loud and stiff
When you lay down it feels like you are going to roll off it ends up being at a slant
The back cushions are stiff and not comfortable, as well as the pillows it comes with

DO NOT ORDER THIS SECTIONAL! The dimensions of the ottoman piece are completely off from the rest of the couch. It is noticeably smaller. I have reached out to support six different times about this issue and I have not received a response. Overall, a horrible experience!
