It kept telling me half the package was delivered and nothing was. I tried to contact Lumi 2 times and no one responded until I contacted my cc company.

It was advertised in a beautiful box in what appeared to be bigger dolls. I received a plactic bag of small figures. I was NOT happy.

Ordered buy two sale and ordered two different ones but somehow got two of the same ones and received it the day of halloween so many dissappointments

Horrible customer service. It took 8 days for this company to process a single order. Now they want a review and I still don’t have the products.

I have not received it. They did not provide me the tracking number. I called my credit card for dispute.

They do absolutely nothing. They are not progressive and have no reading at the bottom. Already emailed requesting a refund or a chargeback will be initiated.

We received the dolls they are smaller than show on your advertising but my girls love them.

These were really cute!! Granddaughter's will love them!! However, the figurines were smaller than expected.

Packing did not protect merchandise had to tape boxes. Back together and place doll properly in boxes Was for our great grandgirl gifts so was very disappointed in presentation
