The little doll figurines my granddaughter loved them. However, I never got the download for the coloring pages. I’ve sent an email and requested them again with no response. Will I order again probably not. Not really because I didn’t get the pages but because I got no response.

I have reached out to this company to return outfit because they sent me Mira instead of Rumi. Which I ordered Rumi and still no response. I wanted to try and get it exchanged by Halloween but that didn’t work since they never responded. I would not recommend you buy from this company.

I ordered the item three weeks ago and it arrived TWO days after Halloween. It said it would arrive on the 27th but didn’t. My daughter cried that it didn’t arrive on time. We ended up using last year’s outfit. Not happy with this company.

No instructions included and item very much smaller than what was advertised. Also extra tools I ordered were never received. Can you tell me where they are? Also item shown has a cord the ones I received do not have a cord. I would have liked a finer chopping blade.

By providing something that worked! It is not fair that I work so hard to buy something and your product is so awful. All instructions are in Japanese, which I am not fluent in. This was a glorified qtip with a sticky adhesive. It was horrible and not worth the money!

The box was horrible as most people described, they shipped it in a plastic bag instead of a box so it was bound to get destroyed. It mattered since i bought a couple for bday gifts. My daughter said they look different from the actual characters since the hair colors were off. The video is definitely AI because it’s not an actual depiction of the size or look of the dolls. Bottom line, they are cute and my baby still plays with them, but i would not buy from them again.

Send the correct product. This was a bait and switch. I ordered the electric chopper and you sent me a manual chopper. My guess is you won't fix this so I will just leave my complaint here.
