Our gnome wreath showed up in a box that was bent in half, and the wreath was VERY bent out of shape. When first notified, the company told us to just bend it back into shape. And while it bent back better than I expected, it was still not flat in several areas. Once we let them know that it could not be flattened back out, they agreed to send a replacement, and it is adorable. Will have to wait to display until next year, but pleased with the end result and the customer service.

I only gave 4 stars because as can be seen in the second photo,it was impossible to hang that picture without the screws showing.The picture has a great gap below the metal hanger and there’s nothing that can cover the screw.
The screws are small but we couldn’t use just one screw , because it kept sliding and wouldn’t stay straight.
We are going to try re-installing again or painting the screws black.
There’s room for improvement in that one.
