After suffering with knee pain for over two years, days when walking was difficult and nothing helped, I decided to try the black seed oil. Since taking it I have not suffered any pain and am back to walking distances again.

After the first 28 days I had a lot less pain and free movement,now on 2nd batch so I'm quietly optimistic there will be further improvement in this next few weeks!

I've been taking these for a couple of weeks. There was a noticeable reduction in inflammation and pain levels in my knee joint within a few days of use. I will keep taking these hoping that there will continued improvement. Many thanks for a great product 👍

Capsules are easy to swallow and im sure my back aches less since taking them....into my 3rd month now, although had to get black see and turmeric last time as the glucosamine appeared to be unavailable.

I’ve been taking this supplement since 1 January 2026 The effect on my knees has been amazing I now sleep without knee pain during the night I am more mobile during the day I do physio at home as well but I feel I would be in too much pain -as I was before- if I didn’t take this supplement I have also cancelled my future knee operation because what little pain I have is now manageable

Excellent! I have been a regular customer for 3 years now and recommend natures blend black seed oil to everyone.

I haven't given 5 star because I haven't been taking them long enough to make a difference but I'm hopeful . The customer service was excellent and helped with actual ordering and checked everything was ok .delivery was quick and stress free. I was a bit worried about them being g capsules as suffer from bad acid reflux but have had no problems at all .

Tried these before and wasn’t sure they were working, so gave a different supplement a go. It was then that I realised they had indeed worked, so I was very keen to start them again. It is so good to be able to take something natural to avoid constantly taking painkillers.

800+ Manuka is a real treat for me.... I get it possibly just twice a year but.... worth EVERY penny!
