Bought ring, quick delivery. The USPS misdelivered the ring to a neighbor. Tanor gave clear instructions on how to attempt to solve the issue and said if those avenues still didn't work to contact them to rectify the situation.
Luckily I was able to get the postman to redeliver the ring to me the next day. In my opinion Tanor handled the situation perfectly with quick responses.
