My only suggestion for improvement would be to supply a necklace with more adjustable options in the links. There is only one loop to connect the clasp to.
Lastly, your advertisement said that the necklace would “come with” a certificate of authenticity, not that I would have to download a generic copy of one. A downloaded copy doesn’t specify that the necklace that I have is specifically the one referred to in the certificate.
