This mango puree is delicious and refreshing and has no sweeteners or additives so it meets my diet parameters. Also, I don't eat anything that comes in cans, as I am detoxing from metals, or plastics, and this comes in a glass jar. I add it to my granola (for taste and to thicken coconut water and wild blueberry juice) and to Middle Eastern dishes. I could drink the jar, but it is too expensive for that.

It can be really tough to find pure quality shilajit but I am convinced this is some of the better quality stuff you will find. I have purchased cheaper brands in the past and by taste, appearance, smell, consistency, and effects it is obvious that the cheaper stuff is low quality and far from pure. I will stick to Pure Indian Foods shilajit because I know it is quality. Thank you.

I used this fennel seeds for CCF tea, cooking and dates smoothies. It does smells fantastic compared to other organic brands. The package is sturdy and expiration date is 3years later. Recommend this product.

My experience with the Black Seed Oil Extract so far has been great. I tried a different brand and could notice the improved strength and purity with Pure Indian Food Brand. I have not been able to find any extract with a 6-7% Thymoquinone amount anywhere else. My product was shipped within 1-2 days of ordering and received another 2-3 days later. Product was received well packaged and with no issues. I will continue to order from here. Thank you for the excellent service and product.

The ashwagandha ghee is truly amazing and I'm so happy to have found this combination of two ayurvedic superfoods. Just have 1 spoon of it in warm water empty stomach as you wakeup and you won't have to spend on expensive supplements/beauty products at all, it's that good. I truly feel the difference in my focus, energy and honestly mental health after just one day of starting this resin :) it’s been about three weeks now that I’ve started to drink it first in the morning and I’m very pleased with the results in how I feel!
