We’ve got high water pressure here and by adding this pressure reducer the water flow is good but at a reduced pressure as required here.

Absolutely love it! Knowing my babies will always have water gives me peace of mind in the hot summer. It is extremely well made and worth every cent, also knowing it’s Aussie made and owned is even better.
My only dislike was that the float turned when I was putting it together which was a bit of a hassle but knowing it’s a common issue the team already had helpful videos and explanations on how to fix it.

Great product, our dogs love it and much easier to keep clean than the plastic bucket the unit replaced.
Need to be careful tightening the hose fitting to the inlet valve to avoid spinning the plastic valve body inside, but easily accessed to readjust the valve if it moves.

We love our watering station, used by our two GSDs and 2 cats😊Stupidly, when we moved house, we left it sitting beside the tap and our 7mth old shepherd girl, the female equivalent of "Jaws" ( James Bond), crushed up the attachment while my husband was still thinking about reconnecting the unit😉...great to be able to easily replace parts.

I purchased a DK Pet Rehydration Station for my dogs 18 months ago and have not had a single issue with the unit, not in functionality nor workmanship.
When the brass ball valve came out I immediately purchased it. Having difficulty with my hands, the valve was a godsend! Dan was very helpful & co-operative with organizing my requested design changes from the standard tank design.
Although I have not had a chance to use it in action yet, it's a no brainer it's going to work well.
I paid a top dollar, but I received an A grade product and when I'm travelling in a remote area, the quality tank is going to be valued much more than the $$ I paid.

Took a while to fit the rehydration station into its stand (bought separately - mistake) and then for the dog to decide he would drink from the unit. But now it is working well and the dog is using it, so all are happy with the purchase..
